Project Reference Number: SOE14181
Project Network: SGN

Scheme background: The project was a collaborative effort involving SGN, Forefront Utilities, Thames Water, Morrison Water

Services and Southwark Council, working within the London Borough of Southwark. Although SGN led the
works, the scheme required continuous coordination between multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
In addition to scheduled conference calls, supplementary meetings were held between Thames Water and
SGN to maintain momentum. These meetings focused on defining roles and responsibilities, including costsharing
agreements, traffic management (TM) plans.

The works commenced on 14th May 2025 and took approximately 39 days to complete. SGN began on Rye
Lane. SGN worked together with Thames Water and shared Traffic Management so they could install a mains
and service connection.
